Available Medication Options
In the UK, there are two types of Emergency Hormonal Contraceptives (EHC) available without a prescription:

Levonelle One-Step: Can be taken up to 72 hours after unprotected sex to help prevent pregnancy.

EllaOne: Can be taken up to 120 hours after unprotected sex for emergency contraception.

How the Service Works
The morning-after pill is for occasional emergency use only and is not intended as a regular contraceptive method.
If you require the morning-after pill at Wellbeing Pharmacy:

Speak to a member of staff, who will provide a short questionnaire.

The pharmacist will review the questionnaire with you and determine if the morning-after pill is suitable.

If appropriate, the pharmacist will supply the medication; if not, they will refer you to a suitable alternative service.
