  • For customers ordering pharmacy only medicines (POM) from this website we will ask for additional information to ensure that our pharmacists or staff can check that the medicine is suitable for you to use. This information will be kept in the Patient Medication Record that pertains to you.
  1. How do we use your information?
  • All the information you give us pertaining to online shopping will only be used to help us process your purchase securely. Some information such as your credit card and security details are automatically encrypted by third party providers that your bank, or Paypal use to protect you. We may also use your information when you buy medical products to contact you in rare cases of emergency product recalls prompted by the manufacturer or the UK or EU regulators.
  • Sometimes, we collect information about our users and shoppers to for us to conduct marketing research and customer studies. We may also contact users and customers for marketing purposes initiated by our trusted affiliates only if you have not opted out of this in the registration process
  • Information relating to your prescriptions as a result of using any of our Prescription Services is only accessed by our pharmacy staff who deal with your medical records under the NHS Confidentiality Code of Practice. We do not use patient data for marketing or promotional purposes, and non-pharmacy staff do not have access to patient medication records.
